The New Year is around the corner. In Spoken English, with the support and help of Teacher Marien Sarur, each class of 2016 & 2017 performs a New Year show – songs accompanied with choreography. Individually, each class might choose to have a gathering and cook for a big party where everyone shares the responsibility to be part of the cooking and eating process as well. Gifts are often presented to friends and family, and teachers are not excluded from this celebration. Students are not shy to invite other teachers to participate in their extracurricular adventures. Celebration is about sharing experiences, laughter, making friends, being happy and more importantly… daring to open up to others, more geared towards reinforcing the sense of unity, love and friendship.
